Hello. My name is Sterling Davenport. I’ve been a webmaster/domainer since 1997. I started building out actual websites around 2000. I was around with Geocities, RedRival, New.net, Nameslinger, Registerfly and so many more. I have sold domains to WWE, New Line Cinema, Rodney Dangerfield’s estate, The Osmond’s, and most recently WEVR.com to weVR.
Besides domaining and being a internet geek, I also love photography, animals, being outdoors, growing things, exploring new places, droning, and of course my mother, my wife, and the rest of my family. Especially my nieces and my nephews. They are the ones who will carry on a lot of my memory. They will include uncle Davey in a lot of their conversations with their children. If that be my only legacy, so be it.
This is my feeble attempt to finally do a blog after all these years. I’ve never been a very public person. But, I found I waste a lot of my time on Facebook. Why not put that on a blog first? So, here we go. This should be a disaster.
